DescriptionBorn in Detroit in 1955, Keith Aoki studied art at Wayne State University. Receiving his Master's in law at Hunter College in New York, Aoki eventually went on to become a law professor at University of California-Davis. Aoki was a part of the Cass Corridor movement and worked in a variety of mediums and with an array of materials. Created and given to fellow Cass Corridor artist John Egner, this untitled piece is somewhat atypical of the rest of the Aoki's works in the WSU collection; it is an indication of the diverse and important body of work he left behind.Collections
