DescriptionBetrothed is a series of 20 color pencil portrait drawings on the theme of marraige. A fictional wedding party is gathered to take part in the ceremony. A cast of imaginary and disparate characters are placed side by side in a case made specifically for the series.

Some of the group are what one would expect in a wedding like a bridesmaid, a bachelor, a florist and a priest, but otheres are not so expected, like a prisoner and his accuser, and a caregiver and a patient.
